Work out in a comfortable environment

Your personal training sessions will take place in a private, fully equipped studio gym in Chester.  No gym-timidation here!  You will be able to fully focus on your own workout, tailored to you, without ever having to wait for equipment to become free. You may even get to choose the playlist (if you’re lucky!)

Benefit from training programs and workouts designed specifically for YOU.  No two workouts will ever be the same, I pride myself on that fact.  Yes, you will still see progression, yes, many of the exercises will be similar, but I will always ensure variety and fun in your workout sessions with me and I will always ensure you are using the correct techniques.
