A bit about me; I’m a fully qualified, experienced female personal trainer and online coach based in Chester, UK, with a real emphasis on helping busy people re-prioritise thier own health and fitness.  I teach various group fitness and spin classes and I have a real passion for helping busy, like-minded people achieve their health and fitness goals in a supportive, judgement-free environment.
